For Silver Jewelry:

No problem. jewellery can Re-shine. With a minimal investment, your jewelry can be re-polished to restore its original luster.

For Gold Jewelry:

You can return or exchange "in-stock" products within 14 days of delivery if they are new, unworn, or unused. Custom-made items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
