REFUND POLICY
You are entitled for refund or exchange only on "in-stock" products.
Custom-made pieces, that have been personalized for your use, can only be returned in case of manufacturing defect.
Our customers have the right to return new, unworn, or unused products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
We kindly request that items are returned in their original packaging when applicable. These items should only be used for the purpose of trying them on for fit. After inspection, If there is any indication that the products have been used in a manner that reduces their value, the customer may no longer be eligible for a return or total refund.
