Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of Nora Capò Website, including any purchases made through the website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors, dimensions, or other features will be accurately represented on your device. Please refer to the product descriptions and images provided. Contact us for any doubt.
At Nora Capò, each piece of jewelry is crafted with care using precious metals, ensuring top-notch quality and craftsmanship. Since our jewelry is handmade, there may be slight variations in appearance, adding to its unique character. By shopping on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions.
While we aim for accuracy in all aspects of our website, such as pricing and stock availability, occasional errors may occur. If any discrepancies are found at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel orders. We're dedicated to providing you with a great shopping experience, and we'll address any issues promptly.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros and different currencies. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept payment through:
Paypall
Credit/Debit cards.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Collection of standard items
For orders with in-store pickup, the item must be collected within 14 days from the date the customer is notified that the order is ready for pickup.
If the order is not collected within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The payment will be refunded to the customer minus an administration and storage fee of of 300 DKK or 10% of the order value (whichever amount is lower).
We will send at least one reminder to the customer before the order is cancelled.
Collection of custom-made jewellery
For custom-made or personalised jewellery, a deposit of 50% of the final price is required at the time of order.
The deposit is non-refundable, as the item is produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold as a standard product.
The customer will be notified when the item is ready for collection. If the item is not collected within 30 days after notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit as compensation for materials and labour.
We will send at least one reminder to the customer before the order is cancelled.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the website without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nora Capò Jewellery be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any products purchased through the website.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
